House UPdate

As of 9:00PM tonight, we have officially entered into contract to buy that house we really like. SWEET!! Now, *all* we have to do is get through the inspection, lawyer, and financing successfully, and then the place is ours as of July 16. YAY. Just thought I'd let you know. :)

    Ok, so that means people 'round here are gonna have to arrange for a road trip, right? I want to see this new house of yours, plus it's been awhile since I at least, have been up there. Yayness!!

    That's just what I was thinking. And this time, the house has a two car garage and an additional parking pad so there's pleanty of space to park a car. And, its like two blocks from the blue line so you can drive up here, park the car, and take the train into the city. YAY.
